Manawatu Toy Library Raffle – Terms & Conditions

Prize

One winner will receive:

  • A $65 Neck, Shoulder & Back Oil Massage Voucher generously donated by Massage Indulgence

The prize is not redeemable for cash and is subject to the voucher provider’s terms and conditions.

Ticket Information

  • Tickets are $2 NZD each

  • Tickets may be purchased via:

    • Cash

    • Bank transfer

  • Each valid payment equals one raffle entry unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility

  • Entrants must reside in New Zealand.

  • Entrants under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to enter.

Raffle Period

  • Ticket sales open on: 18 June 2026

  • Ticket sales close on: 13 July 2026, 6pm NZST

No entries will be accepted after the closing time.

Prize Draw

  • The raffle winner will be drawn at random on: 14 July 2026

  • The draw will take place at:

    • Manawatu Toy Library

    • 200 Church Street, Palmerston North

Winner Notification

  • The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Manawatu Toy Library reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Use of Funds

All proceeds raised from this raffle will support the operation of the Manawatu Toy Library and help provide affordable access to toys and play resources for local families.

Privacy

Personal information collected during the raffle will be used for:

  • administering the raffle,

  • contacting the winner, and

  • receive a one-time follow-up communication regarding the raffle outcome and Toy Library information.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties and will only be used in relation to this raffle and Manawatu Toy Library communications connected to it.

General

  • The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms if necessary.

  • By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • This raffle is being conducted in accordance with New Zealand fundraising and gambling regulations applicable to small-scale charitable raffles.
